HELIOS BUSINESS PARK

Helios Business Park is an 18 Lot subdivision with 7 lots being offered in stages 1 and 2 of the project, with future stages coming to the market in 2025.

The estate has been designed with the end user in mind, with all lots commanding a main road frontage in the first stages while still providing for a diversified mix of lot sizing and shapes. All lots will be serviced on completion with all services in ground to the boundary including stormwater, electricity, sewer and mains water.

The lots being offered for sale will be the first of their kind in Warwick in over 10 years, with a strong push towards renewable energy and substantial major projects underway in the region.

STAGE: SITE WORKS IN PROGRESS

Three stages are DA approved for an industrial and commercial land subdivision, containing 18 lots ranging from 5,029m² to 22,570m², which will be sold as either vacant land or as developed ESG 6 Star NABERS rated facilities.

Electric vehicle (EV) adoption in Australia has seen remarkable growth, with approximately 100,000 EVs added to the roads in 2024 alone. Supporting this expanding EV fleet will require a significant increase in charging infrastructure nationwide.

SDS has identified several strategic locations for new charging infrastructure across Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria, focusing on key transport corridors, including the Bruce, Pacific, New England, Princes and Hume Highways. These sites will be systematically developed over the next five years, with a detailed report outlining the strategy scheduled for release in the first quarter of FY2025.
